Shipping policy
Shipping within India
- Standard shipping is free on all orders across India.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. During sales and new drops, dispatch may take longer.
- Delivery takes 4–7 business days after dispatch. Remote pincodes and peak periods can take longer.
- You will receive tracking details by email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
- If your pincode is not accepted at checkout, email support@oddnoteven.com and we will try to arrange delivery.
ODD ASAP (Mumbai)
- Items tagged ODD ASAP can be delivered within 3 hours in Mumbai, Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM.
- Orders placed outside these hours are delivered in the next available slot.
International shipping
We ship internationally on request. Email support@oddnoteven.com with the items and your delivery country. We will confirm shipping cost, delivery time and any customs duties before you pay. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer.
Address changes
Delivery addresses can be changed only before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be redirected.
Delivery and responsibility
- An order is considered delivered when our courier partner confirms delivery at the address given at checkout. Delivery to anyone who accepts the package at that address counts as successful delivery.
- Do not accept a package that is visibly damaged or has a broken seal. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, weather or other events outside our control are not grounds for cancellation of prepaid orders.
Taxes
All prices on oddnoteven.com include applicable Indian taxes.
